Dave and Hannah met on August 24th 2017. They met on a Thursday night through mutual friends at Harpos, a popular sports bar at the University of Missouri. They were the only two in the group who didn't know each other. One thing led to another, aka $2 bomb trays led to "progressive wells" led to the two Chicago kids in the corner of the booth talking all night long. Instead of asking for her Snapchat like most boys, Dave got Hannah's number and asked her out on a date the next day. Two weeks later, at Faurot Field during a Mizzou football game, they started officially dating.

9 months later, Dave graduated from Mizzou with his Bachelor's in Agricultural Systems Management and began his move to Ottawa, Michigan. Dave and Hannah dated long distance for two years while Hannah finished nursing school

In May of 2020, Hannah graduated from Mizzou with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and moved down to Fort Worth, TX to join Dave where he had just began a new job.

After falling in love with Fort Worth and Texas, Hannah and Dave closed on their first home together

Dave proposed on a sunny June afternoon in the Fort Worth Stockyards. He managed to surprise Hannah with not only the proposal but organizing all of their family and close friends to fly in for the weekend. They had a blast celebrating with their favorite people in their favorite city. And obviously... she said "Yes!"
