Is the wedding kid-friendly?

Yes, the wedding and the resort we are staying at are kid-friendly. It is up to you, if you would like to bring your little ones or not.

Are plus ones allowed?

Due to limited space at the venue and in order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Will transportation be provided to and from the airport?

Yes, our travel wedding coordinators will be providing transportation to and from the airport to the resort. Once you book your reservation and flights, please send your confirmations to hola@holaweddings.com to ensure they have your information to set up transportation.

Can I stay at a different resort?

We highly recommend staying at the Finest Playa Mujeres, as this is where the wedding and festivities will all be taking place! We are also required to have 90% of guests stay there in order to hold the wedding. If anyone chooses to stay at a different resort on the day of the wedding, their spot will not be guaranteed at the wedding and they will have to pay a fee of $100 to attend per resort contract.

Is the resort all inclusive?

Yes, the prices reflected through our booking link are all inclusive prices.

Does the resort offer flight + stay packages?

No, they do not offer packages. Flights will have to be booked separately.

What days are included in the promotion?

11/14/2025 - 11/21/2025, with a minimum stay of 3 days.

When is the last day to book/make changes to my room?

9/14/2025. Kindly be advised that our Promocode expires September 14th, 2025. Any reservation booked or any modifications made (name, occupancy, travel dates, room type, etc) after this date would only be confirmed without the promotional rate.

When will my card be charged by the resort?

Payments will be processed on October 16th, 2025. In the event that your credit card has been declined, they will notify you via email, You then have 24 hours to update- or your reservation will be cancelled. If your room is cancelled because of this, you will not be offered the promotional rate because the promo code will have already expired (9/14/2025). Please ensure your payment is up to date! Thank you!

Is there a dress code at any of the resort restaurants/bars?

Please be advised that some of the restaurants/bars have dress codes. Make sure to pack accordingly (e.g. dress shirts, long pants, closed toed shoes)
