The story of Hannah and Jason involves a little bit of luck and timing. They met each other at a Halloween party in 2017. Hannah was supposed to meet a friend but they ended up canceling at the last second. Jason was originally going to meet friends at a bar but his close friend, Tyler, convinced him to come to the party instead. Jason was dressed up as a 1970s police officer with a wig, handlebar mustache, and pair of aviators. Hannah was dressed as Eleven from the popular show Stranger things.

Jason noticed Hannah entering the party and was immediately interested. He could tell she was a little nervous to be there which is a feeling he also was familiar with. Luckily Tyler’s wife, Alex, knew Hannah. Instead of Jason going up to Hannah directly, he asked Alex to invite her over to play beer pong. They enjoyed a competitive game along with Jason’s infamous smack talk. Although they both seemed to hit it off, the night had progressed and in Jason true fashion - left without asking for Hannah’s number.

About a week had gone by and Jason asked Tyler if he thought Hannah would be interested in a date. Tyler proposed they go on a double date at Dave & Busters. Hannah agreed. Jason arrived a little early and gathered up some liquid courage at the bar. Once Hannah arrived and they picked up right where they left off getting to know each other. It was clear there was a special spark. This time Jason did not chicken out and finally asked for Hannah’s number. About two months later they were Boyfriend and Girlfriend and the rest was history.
