The official start time of the ceremony will be 5:00 pm at the Main Barn! We recommend guests arrive approximately 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow for parking, a short walk to ceremony location, and time to choose your seat before proceedings. There will be on-site golf cart transportation available for guests who need it. Please plan accordingly, as we will not be able to let additional guests into the ceremony past 5:00 pm. Plenty of parking is available on site.

Due to the venue limit for accommodations, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children unless specified on the invitation. If applicable, these additional guests will be specified on the RSVP portion. We have a set number allowed and unfortunately will not have extras available. We greatly appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Semi-Formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits that fit your style for the ladies, suits and ties for the men, etc.! We kindly ask that you please refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, casual wear, and white dresses. The ceremony and reception will be in the main barn so air conditioning will be available. Cocktail hour is 5:30-6:30pm on the roof of the main barn, so August weather should be cooler as the sun goes down!

We will have gourmet dining from 1618 On Location for a delicious meal! We look forward to sharing our first dinner as Mr. and Mrs. Beroth with you!

Yes! Beer and wine will be available for all guests during the cocktail hour and reception!
