outdoor ceremony under a covered chapel, indoor reception. it will be warmer so keep that in mind

they are on the same property, right next to each other! very minimal walking, but it will be gravel and a little bit up hill

the venue is located down a gravel road on a ranch type property. it may seem like you’re driving in the middle of nowhere, (because you will be for 10+ minutes) but trust the process :)

please arrive 10 minutes early to make sure everyone is seated before the ceremony starts

of course you can bring your children! however, please do not allow them to run around; just be courteous :)

we know that this is an exciting day for everyone, however, we have an amazing photographer, and are having an unplugged ceremony! that way you can be in the moment with us! please put your phone away!

hotel rhea in walnut ridge, days inn in pocahontas, and james ranch has campsites where you can bring a camper/rv/pop up if that’s your thing :)
