July 6, 2014: We met for the very first time at 16 years old. We went to the movies with our mutual friend, Brittany. She is the reason we ever started talking in the first place and she will be standing by my side on our Big Day.

July 13, 2014: We started dating. We thought we knew what love was then but little did we know what we were actually creating. We were just babies, learning what life was all about. We went through so many “firsts” together.

He saw me get my drivers license.

I watched him get his first real job.

We went to prom together.

I watched him graduate from high school.

He saw me graduate from high school.

I watched him get a second job, while in school.

He saw me get my first real job.

I watched him graduate from college.

He saw me get into nursing school and was supportive when I decided I wanted to teach little minds instead.

I watched him make a career change for the better.

He saw me rescue all the dogs.

We were there for each other through multiple family, friends, and pets passings.

He saw me become an aunt.

I watched him become an uncle.

I could go on for forever and a day with events we have experienced together but I am going to keep it short. ♾

August 8, 2020: He asked me to marry him at our favorite place on Earth, the Outer Banks in NC. I was in such shock. I thought it was a dream. My soulmate finally asked me to be his wife, forever.

2024: Now we are no longer those 16 year old kids, but we are 25 and 26 year old adults preparing for the year we have been waiting for. The year that our lives change for the better as we become husband and wife ❤️
