Q: What time should we arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony begins at 5:30. Plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins in order to park and enter the venue comfortably.
Q: What should I do if I can't find a parking spot?
While unlikely, there is a plan in case parking is limited. If you aren't able to secure a spot in the main parking lot, you will be able to park on the side of the street leading up to the River Golf Club. Venue staff will shuttle those who are unable to walk to the venue via golf-cart.
Q: What should I wear?
Semi-formal attire/Sunday Best is encouraged! We want our guests to feel confident and comfortable as they join us on our special day!
Q: Can I use my phone/camera to capture moments during the ceremony?
We ask that our guests be fully present and unplugged during the ceremony. Our skilled photographer and videography set-up will capture this part of our day and allow us to live in the moment!
Q: What about taking photos/videos after the ceremony?
If you would like to take photos/videos throughout the evening after the ceremony (during cocktail hour, first dances, dinner, party time), please feel free to! Send all the memories to the couple for them to enjoy!
