The dress code is black tie optional. We ask that you wear formal attire such as a cocktail dresses, floor length dresses or dressy separates for women and tuxedo or a suit and tie for men. Please no jeans, shorts, polos or hats.

While we love our little ones, we will be having an adult only celebration. Outside of our immediate family, please make arrangements for child care for the wedding, take the night off and come party with us!

We are excited to celebrate our marriage with those closest to us. Our wedding is strictly RSVP. Due to capacity limits at our venue, your invitation will be addressed with your name. Refer to the back of the RSVP card for the number of guests invited in your party and if a plus one has been set aside for you. Thank you for understanding!

Kindly RSVP by May 17, 2025 by either returning the RSVP card or using the RSVP tab in the menu of our website. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm so arriving between 4:00pm and 4:15pm will allow time to mingle and find a seat!

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Please utilize the parking lot behind the church and enter through the doors on the right and left of the main entrance. The main doors that are located in the front of the church on Riverside Dr.

Yes. Fort Mitchell Country Club has a limited number of parking spaces, however you can utilize any available spots, street parking, or utilize our valet service which will be available in front of the main clubhouse.

Upon arrival to Fort Mitchell Country Club, we ask that you walk to the left side of the main clubhouse to the outdoor patio for cocktail hour. There will be staff and signs directing you!

The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! We are providing an open bar with signature cocktails, beer, wine and other liquor options. We do ask that you always tip your bartenders!

Both the ceremony and reception are located indoors. There are multiple outdoor spaces we can utilize at the reception venue such as a covered gazebo, covered patio, and couches with a fire pit for lounging. The pool and outdoor pavilion bar are off limits during our reception.
