We kindly ask guests to arrive before the ceremony which begins at 5:00 PM. However, please do not arrive earlier than 4:30 PM.

We ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire, with preferred colors of dark green, sage green, or black. We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, off-white, or cream-colored clothing to help the couple stand out on their special day. The ceremony will be outdoors near a pond, with a sidewalk available, though some walking on grass may be required. The reception will be indoors, so please dress accordingly for both settings!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors near a beautiful pond. Afterward, we’ll move inside to begin the reception.

You can RSVP by mailing back the RSVP card with the pre-stamped envelope provided. Alternatively, you can RSVP directly on our website under the RSVP tab.

Please submit your RSVP by August 18, 2025. If we haven’t received your response by then, we will assume you are unable to attend as we need to finalize details with our vendors.

If you or anyone in your party has dietary needs or restrictions, please be sure to include that information when submitting your RSVP. If RSVPing online, there will be a designated question where you can list any dietary accommodations. If responding by mail, kindly write each person's dietary needs or restrictions on the back of the RSVP card.

Yes! If RSVPing through our website and your guest is not listed, simply select “Add Guest” and enter their name. If mailing the RSVP card, please write the names of all attending guests. If you need additional space, feel free to use the back of the card.

Absolutely! We welcome your entire family to celebrate with us. However, if you’d like to treat this as a date night, that’s completely fine too! During the ceremony, we kindly ask that children remain supervised, as our ceremony space is near a pond. If your little one becomes restless, we appreciate you stepping away until they are settled.

The venue has a strict no-smoking policy, which includes cigarettes, tobacco, vapes, marijuana, or any other substances. Anyone found smoking or using tobacco on the property will be asked to leave immediately.

We won’t have formal transportation provided, but we do have an Uber Party code guests can use for free or discounted rides within 30 miles of the venue. If you need the code to get to the venue on the day of the wedding or the following morning to pick up your car, please text the Bride Harley at (918) 864-2382.

Yes! We have reserved a hotel block, which you can find under the Travel tab on our website. To secure our special rate, please book your room by August 26, 2025. We also recommend the River Spirit Hotel & Casino as an additional lodging option, though we do not have a room block there.

We are having an unplugged ceremony to ensure that our photographers can capture every special moment without distractions. We kindly ask that all guests put their phones away during this time.

Yes! Drinks are on us, but please don’t forget to tip our amazing bartenders!

Yes, our amazing bartenders will be asking to see all guest ID's so make sure you bring them!

We will be serving a delicious enchilada bar provided by Ted’s Café Escondido! The menu includes chips, salsa, queso, and a selection of enchiladas (cheese, chicken, and ground beef), along with rice and beans.
