When & Where should I RSVP?
We will not be sending out a physical "Save The Date" or "RSVP" card...so please use the link sent to your e-mail or on this website to RSVP no later than July 1st.
Where is the ceremony & reception?
The West Events - located at 13435 Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach, FL 33708
Parking?
The West Events requires that we use a valet service for parking, so we recommend Uber or Lift if you are staying close by.
There are also other local services available along Gulf Blvd like the Suncoast Beach Trolley & FreeBeachRide.com
Dress code?
Semi-formal or dressy casual. But wear whatever you feel comfortable in!
Indoors or Outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be inside. The cocktail hour will be both indoor and outdoor. If you'd like to walk across the street to the beach you are also more than welcome!
Where To Stay?
We have not reserved a block of rooms, but there are plenty of wonderful hotels in the area and we have listed our top recommendations on our travel page.
We personally love Airbnb and would highly recommend looking into those options as well! You can also stay in Downtown St. Pete if you are looking for the full experience and don't mind an extra 15 minute commute to the beach venue.
Can I bring a plus one or children?
If your RSVP included your plus one or children's name, then they are more than welcome to join...but if not we unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone. Please reach out to us personally if this is causing you any difficulties!
Food?
We are serving local cuban food! A delicious buffet style with chicken, steak, rice, beans, plantains, salad, bread and traditional cuban sides.
Open Bar?
Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine and liquor. Tips for our wonderful bartenders would be appreciated
Wedding Registry?
First and foremost, your presence is more than enough and we do not expect any gifts! But if you feel so inclined, Please see the Registry Tab on this website
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
We'd prefer you use our registry if you do choose to, but if you'd like to bring one to the ceremony there will be a gift table set up. If it is easier for you to mail it, please send to our home address.

After-party?
Yes! We will have an after party for those who would like to join at Bamboo Beach Bar. It is within walking distance of The West Events and located at 13025 Village Blvd, Madeira Beach, FL 33708
Can I Take Photos?
Yes, you can take photos and share them with your friends. We ask that you limit the photos during the ceremony though and are present for this sacred moment. We will also be providing QR codes for a personalized wedding app so we can see/save all the fun photos you take during the reception!
Rehearsal Dinner?
The rehearsal dinner invites have been sent via email for our bridal party & immediate family. Please respond using the link provided in email.
