*A shuttle will be provided to and from the reception venue by the hotel. It is not a continuous loop.
Shuttle PICK UP time(s): 5:30pm, 5:45pm and 6:00pm
Shuttle DROP OFF time(s): 11:30pm, 12:00am, and 12:15am
*There is also ample parking space available at the venue if you chose to drive yourself. Please enter through the front of the building where the "Merdian" sign is located.
*Uber/Lyft is also an option for those of you who do not plan on staying at the hotel, but need a sober driver.
NOTE: Every time you take a trip with Uber/Lyft, please make sure you’re getting into the right car with the right driver by matching the license plate, car make and model, and driver photo with what’s provided in your app. Also ask for their name and who they are picking up. Stay safe!

O'Hare International Airport
The Chicago-land area has two main airports, O'Hare and Midway. The ceremony and reception will take place on the Northwest side of the city and suburbs. If you will be flying in, it is in your best interest to fly into O'Hare International Airport. This will eliminate unnecessary transportation charges due to traveling a long distance from Midway Airport.
