The Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. We request that guests be in there seats five minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We suggest you arrive between 4:30pm-4:45pm. Anyone arriving after 4:50pm may be asked to wait away from the ceremony area to ensure a respectful and uninterrupted ceremony, we kindly ask that guests arrive on time.

The attire is formal; for ladies this is floor length dresses, gentlemen in suits. We would request you wear earthy, neutral tones or fall colors. Please avoid greens as the bridal party will be dressed in this color. And of course no white!

We need a final headcount by September 14th. Please RSVP online by this date so we know you will be partying with us!

We are having a small and intimate wedding, unfortunately if your invite doesn't specify additional guest (kids or +1s) we will not have space for you to bring them.

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms about 20 minutes from the venue for Sunday night to Monday morning. Please look at the travel section of the website to find our discounted hotel rooms.

We have confirmed with the venue that cars can be left in the parking area over night if you need to take an Uber to the hotel or home. Your car will need to be picked up the following Monday morning, and the venue is not liable for any vehicles left over night.
