Saturday, August 30th 2025 the ceremony starts at 3:30pm. Please arrive and be seated no later then 3:15pm.

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Same goes for kiddos! Thanks for understanding!!

We would like for our family and friends to enjoy the day and celebrate with us so the cost of drinks will be covered.

We are having a semi-formal wedding, wear your best but please be comfortable. If you know Carson, then you know that jeans are allowed! Please avoid greens & white of course. Keep in mind for footwear that the ceremony is on grass and the bar area, games & reception is all on gravel.

We will be having cabs/taxis take guest from the Travelodge in Strathmore to the wedding venue leaving the Travelodge @2:45pm and then will be back to take guests back to the Travelodge anytime in the evening.

There is parking in the back field at the venue, there will be signs to direct you. But if you prefer you can always leave your vehicle at the Travelodge in Strathmore and hop on the shuttle bus.

We have reduced pricing at the Travelodge in Strathmore if anyone needs. Please checkout the Travel Tab for more information. For anyone who has a trailer/camper please reach out to the Bride or Groom as we can accommodate a few.
