Nicholas and Haylee first met in college at a Halloween party in their hometown. From that night, they became friends and often stayed close exchanging greetings in passing between classes and seeing each other at gatherings - Nick in his frat Haylee in her sorority. With Nick living in Bellmore and Haylee in Merrick their friend groups often overlapped giving them plenty of chances to spend time together, keeping their friendship strong. Eventually after some time, Nick asked Haylee on their first date and the rest is history.
