As soon as possible! We want everyone to be comfortable and included in our final preparations. The absolute deadline is October 1, 2024. Please let us know if anything changes with your party prior to the day of so that we can keep things running smoothly.

There are 2 major airports in the Dallas area. DFW airport is located approximately 45 minutes from the venue. Dallas Love Field airport is located approximately 1 hour from the venue. Rental cars are available from both airports. Airport shuttles are not available to the listed hotels due to distance.

There will be a parking lot to accommodate all of our guests! The entrance to the parking lot is to the left of the venue before you get to the circle drive.

Cocktail and formal attire requested. We would love for you to feel like our wedding day is a beautiful night out where you can dress to impress!

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and you will enjoy having the evening off!

All guests with a plus one have already been identified on the wedding invitations and have been included in the total number of guests we have turned into the venue. If you did not receive a plus one, please do not bring a guest as this will mess up dinner and seating arrangements.

We have spent a lot of time picking out our photographers to document this special day. Please do not feel the need to record our ceremony and instead, focus on being present with us and share in this joyous occasion! Photos taken at the reception only are welcomed!
