Formal! The wedding ceremony will be in a backyard and the reception in a barn but get dressed up! We all love a reason to go all out and feel good! Go buy that dress you’ve had your eye on or bring out the ol’ trusty dress pants and shirt! However, we kindly ask that all guests refrain from wearing all white :)

We are limited to the amount of guests that will fit in the barn so please follow what was specified on the wedding envelope! If you need any further clarification don’t hesitate to reach out and ask us!

Yes! After the reception there will be a shuttle bus that will bring you to your desired location. Free of charge :)

Yes! The ceremony will be taking place in Cindy and Harvey’s backyard so take that into consideration when picking shoes ladies!

The vegetarian meal option is a “chicken substitute”. If you need further details please contact Ken at Grand Gardens.

Absolutely yes! There will be two signature drinks at reception, along with wine at the tables and a fully stocked bar. Drink up ! :)

During the ceremony we are asking that all guests park along the side of old goulais bay road! Priority parking will be allowed in the driveway cleared by us previously. THERE IS NOW SHUTTLE SERVICE PROVIDED FROM QUATTRO HOTEL TO THOMSON FARMS FOR RECEPTION. TWO BUSSES WILL BE DEPARTING AT 4:45 PM SHARP. If you miss these shuttles there will not be another opportunity and you will need to make the drive yourselves. As previously mentioned there is also a free shuttle service provided after the reception and will bring guests to their desired location home!
