There is a code generated for guests to use to get a 10% discount on a 2-night stay. They mandate a 2 night minimum on weekends, but we will do 1 night stay for an $80 up charge with no grantee of an early check in. (Winwood Hotel)

Guests can call to book a room and use the discount code, but the rates aren’t out yet so they would have to make the reservation over the phone and no deposit would be due until rates are available. At that time, the hotel would call everyone for a deposit and to confirm the reservation.

Shuttle will arrive at 1pm at the Windwood Inn to go to Windham Mt. Club. Shuttle will make trips approximately every twenty minutes.

Guests who are not riding the ski lift to the ceremony will be taking a shuttle.The first shuttle will leave at approximately 2:15 pm, followed by the second trip at 2:45 pm. There will only be two trips. Please arrive early enough to ensure you have shuttle availability.
