Wedding & Venue
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be outdoors, and then we will move inside for dinner and dancing. If rain occurs, we will move the ceremony indoors.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend being 15-25 minutes early to the ceremony, so you have time to find a seat and enjoy the surroundings before the ceremony begins. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes, there is parking available in both the upper and lower parking lots. If you end up parking in the lower lot, a van will be available to take you to and from your car.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code for our wedding is Summer Cocktail Attire. Think light and breezy dresses, knee- to maxi-length, in floral prints or summery colors for women, and for men, light-colored suits or blazers with dress shirts, ties optional. Opt for floral prints, cheerful colors, lighter fabrics, and comfortable shoes, appropriate for the warm weather.
Food & Beverage
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner. If you have dietary restrictions, please indicate so when you RSVP.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes, the venue provides alternative meal options for guests that are vegan or vegetarian. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate so on your RSVP, and the venue can modify your plate to fit your needs.
Is there a different meal option for children?
Yes, all guests under the age of 12 will be served a kid-friendly meal (chicken tenders, fries, and fresh fruit). If a guest is over the age of 12, but would still prefer this meal option, please indicate so when you RSVP.
Will there be an open bar?
We will be providing a non-alcoholic bar for all guests (coke products, coffee, tea, lemonade). If you wish to have an alcoholic beverage, please bring cash to purchase your own from the bar.
RSVP & Travel
When and where should I RSVP?
We invite you to RSVP online, through our website, by 07/17/25. You can do so by clicking on the RSVP tab, or by clicking the link below.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
Due to venue capacity, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. If you have specific questions, please reach out.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have reserved a room block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - O'Fallon. Please book your stay by 07/17/25 to guarantee a room in our block. To receive our reduced rate, use the Group Booking Link, found in either the Travel section of our website or by clicking the link below.
What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our Travel page.
Gifts & Registry
Do you have a gift registry?
Yes, we are registered at Amazon, Target, and Williams Sonoma. You can use the registry tab on our website to find all of those links.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 6941 Cog Mill Dr, O'Fallon, MO 63368. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
