Where is the venue?
Marina/Pier Address
Pier 81 -West 41st street at The Hudson River New York NY 10036.
Our venue will take place on a yacht. We will be on there for about 5 hours. Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception/dinner will also be on the yacht.
Will transportation be provided?
We will not provide transportation. We do suggest our guests to use Uber or Lyft. Knowing our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00, we suggest our guests leaving 15-20 minutes early from their hotel knowing New York traffic is very unpredictable.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course! Drinks will be on us. Our open bar will include unlimited beer, wine, cocktails and our signature bride & groom cocktails.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. We strongly encourage our guests to dress in all black attire. For the ladies, an all black formal floor length dress with black heels. For the men, white dress shirts with black slacks and or a sports coat and black footwear would be perfect. Dressing in our dress code will help staying with our wedding theme. Coats would be recommended knowing it will be in November. Ladies are more than welcome to bring a change of footwear as long as they are also black. We strongly encourage our guests to stray away from jeans. If anyone has any questions on attire, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Are children invited?
Although we love your little ones, we want parents to have a night off. This will be strictly an adults-only event with the exception of our little Styles since he will be apart of our bridal party. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a night off and we appreciate you for making prior arrangements.
Can I bring a plus one?
We would like our wedding to be as intimate as possible. Invitations will be addressed to those who are invited. If your invitation was only addressed to you and no one else, we ask you not bring a plus one. We have to stay within the yachts capacity. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!
Where are you guys registered?
Your presence is the best gift we can receive. However, for those who would like to get us something, we would appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund. You can find the link to our honeymoon fund below.
Accommodations
We would love for everyone to stay in the same hotel or hotels nearby. We will be staying at The Lombardy Hotel. But for those who choose to stay someplace else, we recommend Hotel 57 and the Concorde. Those two hotels are nearby the one we’re staying at.
Is the entire wedding going to be outside?
Knowing we are on a yacht, if the weather is good, we will be having the ceremony on the deck. When we do our cocktail hour and the reception, that will be in the enclosed part of the yacht. After dinner, guests will be able to roam inside and outside of the yacht.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put up your cell phones and put them on silent when the ceremony starts. We will be having a photographer capturing the ceremony for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos you would like.
Will the yacht be docked the entire time?
No, the yacht will not be docked the entire time. We will be setting sail once everyone is onboard. The captain will be taking us to see the Empire State Building, World Trade Center site, Brooklyn Bridge (where Eddie and I got engaged) Manhattan Bridge, Statue of Liberty and many more tourist/historic sites.
What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?
Those who do not RSVP on time, will automatically be accounted as not attending. I will not be able to change your RSVP last minute, if you do decide to attend.
Smoking/vaping
Unfortunately cigarettes and or vapes will not be allowed on the yacht. Once we are off the yacht, you may feel free to use them.
