We have a block of rooms reserved at the Sofitel Hotel 120 South 17th St Philadelphia, where our reception will be held.
The room rate is $175 per night plus taxes. There is a 3PM 24 hours prior cancellation policy in order to avoid being charged one night stay.
Please call (215) 569-8300 or email phlreservations@accor.com no later than Oct 03,2018. Ask for group reservations and identify yourself as a member of the Burke/Turner Wedding Room Block. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

There is valet parking. For daily use it is $36.75. For overnight (Friday and Saturday) $45.33 per vehicle per day with unlimited in and out access.

Shuttle trolleys will be available to and from Sofitel Philadelphia and Old St Joseph's for the ceremony. More information on times will be available on your welcome packs. Anyone who can get on the 2pm one it's appreciated.
If you plan for some reason because of time constraints etc or you just want your own car, there is no parking at Old St Joes so please plan accordingly and let Jackie know you are not using the shuttle bus.

Flat Rate Charges
There is a $28.50 flat-rate charge (one-way fare, airport access fee already included) to travel to Center City Philadelphia. This area encompasses: Fairmount Ave (North), South Street (South) Delaware River (East) and University City/ 38th Street (West). Any destination that falls within these boundaries is eligible for the Center City flat rate.
An additional $1.00 per passenger ($3.00 maximum) after the first passenger will be charged on flat rate trips between the Airport and Center City for passengers over age 12.
