Yes! We will have a shuttle bus from the Monarch Hotel in Black Hawk to the wedding venue in Idaho Springs and back to Black Hawk after the wedding. The first shuttle will leave for the wedding around 3:00pm and come back to the hotel to get the second group around 3:30pm and pick everyone back up at 11pm. The bus seats 56 people and we have more than that using the shuttle bus so that's why we need 2 pick up and drop off times!

Yes! There are riverside cabins called "Water & Stone Retreat" 0.4 miles from the venue. Also there is "Flying Moon Cabins" 3 miles down the road from the wedding venue. "Club Hotel" 3.9 miles from the venue. "Argo Inn & Suites" 4.6 miles from the venue. "Columbine Inn" 4.5 miles from the venue. And I'm sure there are plenty of AirBnBs or VRBOs around the area as well!

DIA is about a 1 hour and 10 minute drive (54 miles) from Blackhawk. DIA is about 1 hour (59 miles) from the wedding venue in Idaho Springs.

Yes! We have 20 rooms blocked off the night of the wedding, Thursday 08/08/2024, at The Monarch Casino Resort & Spa in Black Hawk, CO. And about 10 rooms blocked off the night before the wedding, Wednesday 08/07/2024. These rooms are first come, first serve. The information for booking one of these rooms is under the "Hotel Accommodations" tab on this website.

Hotel to Wedding Venue: 1st pickup-2:30pm MST 2nd pickup-3:40pm MST Wedding Venue back to Hotel: 1st pick-9:45pm MST 2nd pickup-11:00pm MST I need at least 34 people to PLEASE volunteer to take the earlier shuttle bus to and from the venue so we have enough seating for the later shuttle times. This is a 56-passenger bus and we have about 90 people total using it!

Absolutely NO outside alcohol aloud on the venue premises or we will be kicked out! :(
