Heather and Stephen met for the first time in 2017 where Stephen worked for the Providence Bruins and Heather worked in the Box Office at the Dunkin Donuts Center. After working together and developing a friendship, Heather and Stephen went on their first date in November of 2019 at Bravo Restaurant in Providence (RIP). As time went on, their bond grew and their friendship turned into a relationship, even with Heather beating Stephen in Mario Kart at Dave & Busters during their second date.

After 4 years of Heather putting up with Stephen, Stephen decided to propose to Heather on February 22nd, 2024 in the White Mountains of North Conway, New Hampshire. Stephen had a romantic day planned, which consisted of a drive through the White Mountains to a bookstore coffee shop, a walk to a lovely view of Mt. Washington to propose followed by a dinner with both of their families to celebrate the engagement. Heather's body however decided to throw a wrench in these plans as she came down with an illness the morning of the planned engagement. After scrapping the original plans and Heather resting up during the day, Stephen convinced Heather to get some fresh air and went to a scenic vista down the road and decided to pop the question. After she said yes, Heather got a second wind and both families went to The Notch Grille at The Glen House for a lovely dinner to celebrate the big news!

Now Heather and Stephen are very excited to celebrate their big day surrounded by the most important people in their lives! Cheers!
