We have blocked out rooms at 2 hotels that are approximately 25 minutes from the venue. 

At both hotels they will hold the blocks until 9/11/24, after that the rooms will be released to the public.

The reduced rates are first come first serve.  Early Check-in not guaranteed.  Breakfast is included at both hotels.

If you reserve a room and decide to cancel, it must be done more than 24 hours in advance of your stay or you will be charged.
