We love your kiddos, but Saturday is an adult only event. We recommend using <a href="https://southernsitter.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Southern Sitter</a> if you are in need of a babysitter.Children are welcome to join us at the welcome party on Friday night.Thank you for understanding!

Getting Here

Nashville (BNA) is the closest airport to us. We recommend arranging for an Uber or Lyft to get to your hotel. We have a room block at <a href="https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1712756512854&amp;key=GRP&amp;app=resvlink&amp;wwpath=www.theknot.com/us/heather-doan-and-matt-kampmeyer-oct-2024&amp;clickref=1100lyDpePKN&amp;aff=MARWW&amp;affname=305950&amp;co=WW&amp;nt=PH" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">The SpringHill Suites in Cool Springs</a>. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Cool Springs is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Franklin. There will be a shuttle pickup and drop off on Saturday at this location. The Harpeth Hotel is another great option if you want to stay in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the area, not to mention lots of history and live music! There will be a shuttle pickup from The Harpeth Hotel as well, so we recommend this location for anyone staying here or in the downtown Franklin area. If you choose to Airbnb instead, please note where the shuttle pickups are for our wedding day. (We recommend downtown Franklin for Airbnb) If you choose to stay in the Nashville area, we recommend taking an Uber to and from one of the shuttle pickup spots (SpringHill Suites in Cool Springs or The Harpeth Hotel).Uber and Lyft do not regularly run in Leiper's Fork so plan to shuttle from the reception or you can arrange for a car as well.

We have a room block here at SpringHill Suites in Cool Springs. Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding and reception on Saturday. Click the website link below for the room block rate. Please note: we have check in's available as soon as Thursday if you plan to come to town early.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs

We do not have a room block here but recommend this hotel if you'd like to stay in Downtown Franklin. A shuttle will be available from this hotel on our wedding day, so if you are staying here or in the downtown Franklin area we recommend this as your pickup/drop off location. Prices have recently gone up significantly, so if you'd like to be in the area we recommend an Airbnb that is close to the hotel for the shuttle.

Airbnb or VRBO

There are lots of Airbnb/VRBO options in the Franklin area as well. We recommend looking for places in downtown Franklin so you can easily get to the shuttle stop at The Harpeth Hotel.

Travel and Accomodations

We have two shuttle pickup locations on the day of the wedding. The roads to and from the reception are dark with lots of wildlife. We want you to be safe, so please make use of our shuttle or arrange for a private driver. Uber pickups are hard to come by at the reception area as well. Our house has limited to no parking.We recommend parking near one of the shuttle pickup locations. If you plan to take an Uber, please take it to a pickup location. Leiper's Fork Distillery: our wedding venue offers tasting tours and has live music on the weekends. You can book a tour on their website <a href="https://leipersforkdistillery.com/book-a-tour/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> Historic Downtown Franklin: lots of shops and restaurants all around. You can also check out the calendar of events to see what's happening that weekend <a href="https://visitfranklin.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>We love Kimbros for some live music!﻿ Natchez Trace Parkway: beautiful scenic drive just down the road from our house. The seasons should be changing around October so it is worth it to see! Nashville isn't too far from us! If you're feeling adventurous, there's always Broadway! We also love 12 South for shopping and great food.

Open Mic Night at Fox and Locke

If you are coming to town on Thursday, we will be going to Fox and Locke for open mic night at 6:30pm. Tickets go on sale September 10, so be sure to buy them ASAP as this can sell out quickly. Tables are available to reserve for dinner but please note you are expected to stay at your table to listen to the musicians. If you'd like more flexibility, you can buy GA tickets for the bar area. There's also outdoor seating if you'd like to grab a drink and/or food and chat by the fire. You can buy tickets on their website as early asSeptember 10. Be sure to set a reminder so we can see you there!<a href="https://www.foxandlocke.com/shows" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Click here</a> ** If you plan to Uber, keep in mind that it is not as easy to get picked up from the venue and wait times may vary.We recommend driving or arranging for a car if you plan to join us there. --- Fox &amp; Locke presents some of Nashville’s finest talent at our live music shows. Evening shows require tickets and it is highly recommended that they be purchased well in advance. Walk-ins will be served on a first come first serve basis. Cover charges go directly to support the musicians and production and generally range from $7-$20 with some exceptions. Live music is presented on Saturdays from 12-3pm and Sundays from 12-6pm with no cover charge. If you enjoy the music please tip these talented musicians generously.&nbsp;ONLY adults 21+ may sit at the bar. Those under 21 must have tickets for table seating.
