How Do I RSVP?

Click the link listed on the website "RSVP" or Scan the QR code on the back of your invitation under "RSVP" or Directly call or text Heather @ (978) 549-9925, and I will ask you a couple of questions / confirm you are coming or not

Which bridge should we use to cross over into Canada?

We recommend using your GPS to travel to the Queenston-Lewiston bridge, once through the border, or while waiting in line, we recommend that you change your GPS over to the place you are staying. This, in our experience, has been the best land crossing. Also, remember to swap your car speedometer over from MPH to KMPH.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately with the exception of the few children in the wedding and the few who will have traveled far to be here with their parents there will be no other children invited to our wedding.

Is there available parking?

Yes the Grantham Lions has plenty of parking to accommodate everyone.

Can I take photos?

Yes, but please be respectful to the photographer(s) and we ask that specifically during the ceremony everyone is present in the moment and puts their phones down. There will be QR codes at everyone's tables so that you can freely upload any or all photos you take before and after the ceremony.

Is the wedding outdoors?

No, both the ceremony and reception will be held inside the Grantham Lions.

What happens after the ceremony?

Guests are invited to enjoy themselves for a cocktails and hors d'oeuvres hour while photographs of the bridal party and parents are taken.

Will food be served?

Yes there will be a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres as well as a buffet style meal and late night poutine bar.

What is poutine?

I know, Silly question to you locals but to everyone else, it is a snack that is made up of French fries, gravy, and cheese curds. It is more than likely you can opt for no cheese or gravy if you'd like. This will be our late night snack.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 to 40 minutes before the ceremony to assure everything goes as planned and everyone finds their seats before we begin.

Where should we stay?

Listed under the Travel section of our site you will find two of the closest hotels to stay, please let us know if you'd like other suggestions.

What should I wear?

Please dress in formal attire, dress length is not an issue but please note that this wedding is taking place in the beginning of November, and we ask that you refrain from wearing white, ivory, and cream. If you're unsure, just send Heather a message, and she'd be happy to help!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone.

Do you have a registry?

In lieu of a registry, Heather and Nathan have a honeymoon fund in place found under the "Registry" tab on the website, as well as the back of your invitation. Although we have no "gifts" chosen for you to buy, we are just happy for your presence celebrating our day with us!

What should I do if I have a dietary requirement?

Please let Heather know, vegan and vegetarian options will be made available via The Lemon Tree restaurant, if you need gluten free or allergy friendly needs met please do not hesitate to send a message.
