Benjamin and Heather met in high school. Both of them were in an afterschool program called Project Unify, where they would help special needs kids in sports and activities. Heather always thought Ben was cute, but Ben didn't really know.

It was not until 1 year after high school that Ben "slid" in Heather's Instagram DMs.

They had their first date here, followed by a movie.

Benjamin proposed to Heather on the Liberty of the Seas Royal Carribbean ship in front of Heather's family.
