General Information
We have two hotels available with a total of 35 room blocks. These are to be booked for a 2 night stays minimum. For those of you planning for one night stays, we recommend you still book one of these hotels (outside the room block) because there is a complimentary shuttling service to and from the venue.
Our venue does not have parking. Therefore, if you plan to drive, or book at a different hotel/airbnb, you will be required to find transportation to the front of Winthrop High School parking lot. Our shuttling service will be picking/dropping off our guests here as well.
We do apologize for the lack of hotel discount to those booking for only one night. Unfortunately, the weekend of our wedding is a local college homecoming weekend. Book ASAP as rates an increase. Thank you!
Disclaimer: As expected, both hotels have a 3 pm check-in time. Therefore, those planning to stay one night may need to leave luggage in their cars or ask front desk if they can hold. We also recommend calling and seeing if an early check-in time is possible. Thanks!

Disclaimer: All room blocks filled. Guests are welcome to stay here 1 or 2 nights but they will not be at a blocked price.
We will have a room booked here for the weekend. There were 14 available rooms to be used under our party name/code at this location. The deadline for using the room block is Friday, August 23, 2024. We will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue, as well as from the venue back to the hotel after the conclusion of the reception. Maine Evergreen Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection
There are 20 available rooms to be used under our party name/code at this location; 10 of the rooms have 2 double beds, and the other 10 have 1 king bed. If you would like a room at this hotel, all reservations MUST be made BEFORE August 6th, 2024. Any attempt to use the reduced room rate through the block from August 6th and beyond will be denied. If you are booking a room by calling, the group name for the block is "True-Kelsey Wedding Group." We will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue, as well as from the venue back to the hotel after the conclusion of the reception. Be sure to call the hotel to discuss official pricing and details.
Shuttling Service
ARRIVING to the venue: Park in one of these 3 locations
Winthrop High School (211 Rambler Rd, Winthrop, ME 04364)
Please park in their front parking lot. A sign will be located at the area of pick up for guests to stand.
Augusta, ME Hotels (Homewood Suites OR Maine Evergreen):
Please stand outside the main entrance of the hotels for pick up.
The shuttling service will include 2 buses that will stop at all three locations each! The first set of buses will arrive to the venue by 1:30 pm. Those who plan to attend the welcome hour (we highly recommend for all guests) please be ready for departure at these pick up times below.
Our 2 Hotels: 12:15 pm
Winthrop High School: 1:00 pm
If you miss the first bus or cannot attend the welcome hour then a final bus will be provided. These buses will arrive to the venue between 2:30 - 2:45 pm and guests will be required to go to ceremony seats as this will start at 3 pm. Pick up times below:
Final pick up from the two hotels: 1:50 pm
Final pick up from Winthrop High School: 2:30 pm
WELCOME HOUR (1:30 - 2:30 pm)
When you arrive at the venue, you will attend the welcome hour. Drinks will be provided and guests are encouraged to converse and hype up the groom and his groomsmen.
DEPARTING the venue: from Silver Oaks Barn
The shuttle is available hourly to depart from the venue beginning at 7 pm. Every bus will stop at Winthrop High School, Homewood Suites, and Maine Evergreen to drop off guests as needed.
Bus Times of departure: 7 pm, 8 pm, 9 pm, & 10:30 pm (last call)
