If you're traveling from the West, we highly recommend taking the scenic Great River Road (Highway 35) to Pepin! And if your route doesn't take you this way but you have time to spare, it's definitely worth the detour. With lookouts along the way, you can stop to admire the view & take advantage of the photo op. The Mississippi beauty is one of the reasons Hogan & Heather chose Pepin as their wedding destination.

Stop by the Italian inspired, Villa Bellezza winery, for a glass of wine and a pizza. Heather & Hogan visited here for the first time in summer 2024 - highly recommend, and it's just minutes away from the wedding venue!

If you like vodka or gin - this is your place! Grab a cocktail at the distillery in Nelson. Hogan & Heather celebrated with a drink here, right after they booked their venue - highly recommend!

If you're a history junkie like Hogan - check out the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum right in the town of Pepin.

If you love some retail therapy like Heather does - do some shopping at the local Tin Roof Boutique!
