Jonathan met Heather at a charity auction event while they were both bidding on a Mona Lisa replica.

Just kidding, they met online! They went out for sushi and have been pretty inseparable since.

Jonathan had secretly purchased a ring for Heather and intended to have a special dinner a few days later over the weekend.

Jonathan has a hard time keeping big secrets and he was so excited that, although Heather had mentioned she was a little under the weather, he couldn’t wait and made her a special steak and lobster dinner and hatched his plan to propose.

Heather thought something was weird since it was the middle of the week and no real special occasion, but she remained oblivious. After they ate, she headed off to bed.
