The ceremony is planned to be outdoors (weather provided) and the reception will be a combination of indoor/outdoor. Please refer to the "What is the weather like" and "What is the dress code" questions below what to bring.

We have recommended four hotels (Under the Travel Tab) which all are within 30 minutes of the venue. Would highly recommend booking a hotel as soon as possible to ensure accommodations are met and don't have to do any last minute arrangements.

No shuttles are planned for movement of people from hotels to the venue. Uber and Lyft are available in the area however, please bear in mind the later you stay the less likely Uber/Lyft are to be available so if you are going to stay late we suggest a designated driver.

There will be an open beer/wine bar and a limited liquor selection (ex: Jim Beam Whiskey, Pinnacle Vodka, Jose Cuervo Tequila, and Captain Morgan Rum) A full cash bar will be available if you should want something other than the provided beer, wine, and liquors.

Please attend wearing at least business casual or better. Essentially if you are a guy, slacks and a polo/button down, and if you are a gal, a skirt/dress or pantsuit will be fine! Please no jeans, tennis shoes, athletic wear, sweats, T-shirts, or hoodies. We paid a lot for these photos so help us out by looking nice in them!

Scientists have tried their best to answer this question and it is still unknown exactly how Indiana works. We recommend bringing long pants and a long shirt/jacket but also having shorter pants/shirt options as well. (Think temperate during the day but chilly at night) Please check the weather a week prior to the wedding as that will give you the best chance of packing correctly.

We unfortunately have a very large guest list and need to keep it within a certain range for maximum occupancy requirements at the venue. Your plus one needs to be a long-term significant other. (Sorry no spur of the moment one nighters) Please reach out to us prior to the RSVP date if you have any questions.

While we love children we unfortunately have a very large guest list and likely will not have room for everyone's children. Please try and make childcare arrangements for the wedding however, if childcare can not be arranged please reach out to us prior to the RSVP date.

Our home address is attached to the registry and gifts can be sent to that address. If you have a gift in your physical possession you may bring it to the wedding venue and there will be a location to drop it off.

Photographs are allowed in common areas of the venue before and after the ceremony but please no photography during the ceremony. (We hired someone to do that for you)
