Come join us for an evening to meet your fellow guests and get ready for the big day!

Guests staying at the castle are welcome to check in from 2:30pm and enjoy an afternoon at the castle (by the pool, weather permitting). The cafeteria will open after 3pm for refreshments.

The welcome party will begin at 6pm and will include dinner and drinks until 8pm. After 8pm, we will have a cash bar until 11pm.

The Wedding Day

Friday, October 3

Take the morning to relax and enjoy Umbria!

For those staying at the castle, breakfast will be served between 8:30am - 10:30am. After breakfast, explore the surrounding area.

Please arrive to the castle by 2:30pm. The festivities will begin at 2:30pm, where canapés and drinks will be served, prior to the ceremony.

Bring your dancing shoes! Like any good Italian party, get ready for a day of eating, drinking and dancing. The party will begin at 9pm and will end around 2am.

Post-Wedding Lunch

Saturday, October 4

12pm - 4pm

Now is your time to rally! Guests staying at the castle will have breakfast there (breakfast is served until 10:30am). Check out is at 10am sharp and we will need to be offsite by 11:30am. Castello di Rosciano is a wedding venue and is booked on Saturday, so guests won't be able to extend their stay at the castle after the wedding.

For guests who would like to join us for lunch, we will make our way to La Taverna in Perugia city center, to let our hair down after the big day.

We will be providing a one-way transfer to central Perugia at 11am sharp from the castle. The drive will take around 25 minutes. Guests will have a short time to walk around central Perugia (or for those staying in Perugia, you will have time to drop your bags), before making your way to La Taverna for 12pm.

Upon arrival to La Taverna, welcome drinks will be served. There will be lunch provided. White or red wine will be served with lunch. Any additional drinks can be purchased by guests at the cash bar.

Get ready for a fun filled day (and night). We will be staying the night in Perugia on Saturday (at the Sina Brufani). For those of you also staying in Perugia on Saturday night, we will be looking to continue the celebrations in the many bars throughout Perugia (into the early hours), before we depart on our mini-moon in Tuscany on Sunday morning.
