How do I RSVP to the event and what is the deadline?
All RSVPs will be online by clicking on the RSVP tab from our homepage. If you find your name, that means you’re invited and we want you to celebrate with us! All responses should be complete no later than 9/30/2025
What food options are available?
This is a dessert-only reception. (We encourage you to eat dinner before you join the party) We will have all the sweets and treats to satisfy your sugar cravings!* From cake to pies, tarts, cookies, brownies, and a full s’mores bar!
*A small selection of sugar-free options will be available
What should I know about the venue?
Our venue is in a recently renovated 100+ year-old barn. The floors may be uneven in some places so pick up your feet! This is considered an “in-door” reception to keep us dry, however the bay doors will be open to allow fresh air (and potentially bugs) to flow through. Since this venue is neither heated nor air-cooled, please be prepared for the ever-unpredictable Michigan weather! Patio space heaters will be available and guests are encouraged to enjoy the Bon fire behind the barn!
What facilities will be available?
The barn is NOT equipped with indoor plumbing. Guests will have porta-potties available on location.
Is the bar open or cash-only?
We will have an open bar, but please be prepared to tip the bar tender! The bar comes with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks options, including the bride and groom’s signature drinks!!
What is the dress code?
This is a fall country wedding and we want you to be comfortable, but it is a wedding, and there will be long-lasting photo evidence so look presentable (“not like a slob” - KMT)
Who should I contact if I have questions?
Since the Bride and Groom will be busy with wedding preparations, please contact the following people for any questions or assistance leading up to, and the day of the wedding:
Tina Towers (806) 724-8235
And/Or
Michelle Kaufmann (989) 493-2715
What are the seating arrangements?
Our reception will have an open seating arrangement. There will be a few tables reserved for immediate family and the wedding party. The rest of the tables are “pub-style” tables for standing and stool seating. Feel free to mingle and move about the barn, and don’t forget to hit the dance floor!
If we won’t be able to attend but would still like to mail a gift, what is the mailing address?
