Q + A

How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above this text. Follow the instructions on the RSVP page and let us know if you will be able to join us on our special day! Please RSVP by July 25th. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

If you do not RSVP by July 25th, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however; we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (Unfortunately, there will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you if you do not RSVP by July 25th).

What should I do if I cannot make it?

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please mark “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not make it, please notify Heather and Tanner as soon as you are aware.

What's for Dinner?

Dinner will be provided by Big Hoffa's BBQ in a buffet style display. The two entree options will be pulled chicken or pulled pork. The available sides will be green beans, macaroni and cheese, and dinner rolls.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Due to limited seating and restrictions with the venue size, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your unique wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “Your Name and Guest” if a plus one has been provided to you. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal attire. The ceremony will be held outside in a grassy area and the reception will be held under a tent, so ladies, please take this into consideration when choosing your heels!

Are kids invited?

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones that are part of the ceremony and a few members of our immediate family. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night, and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 P.M. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.
