We will provide the main entree (pulled pork from Shealys) but would really love it if each family could bring their own homemade favorite dish, so that we can have a little taste of your love as well.
This would make for a potluck style wedding where there will be plenty of options. Please limit to three of each item so that we have a wide variety.
We have attached the link for a sign up sheet below so that you can look to ensure there are not several repeat items.
If you don't know how to use the link, please message us and we will add it for you!
The "registry" tab has links to everything we have come up with so far. Shayn and I are expanding our house, so furniture is a great need!
Fortunately, Shayn and I already have a lot of the basic items that would typically be put on the registry. We tried to select a range of other items that we may need/like instead.
Where to park?
This will be on family property (weather permitting) and we will have signs day of!
What if it rains?
Since this is an outside wedding, I made a facebook event where we can post updates the day prior and of just in case. We will monitor the weather.
Heck yes! We love your babies just as much as we love you. Bring them on! Just let us know so that we can have enough food.
What should we wear?
Casual wedding attire is a slightly elevated version of the clothes you would wear on a typical day. Similarly to dressy casual events, you should think along the lines of business casual attire. That means clothing items like tank tops, flip-flops and athleisure are off limits. Otherwise, you have a lot of options (unlike more structured dress codes like black tie, cocktail or even semi-formal attire).
When it says casual, men could show up in pants and a blazer with no tie—or maybe not a jacket at all—but just a nice shirt and a pair of slacks. Women can wear a nice sundress or dress, a jumpsuit, or even a two-piece blouse and pants set. Blue Jeans are okay to wear!
