I met Frank's mom (Laura) and sister (Kimberly) while starting a new job at a family medicine office. Laura was the lead medical assistant and I sat next to her. Laura, Kimberly and I all became fast friends. Laura would always talk about her sons that lived in California. One day after a trip to California to visit, she shows me a picture of Frank and his girlfriend at the time. I didn't care at all that he had a girlfriend.. I said " Wow... Your son is hot!"

Fast forward to Frank's niece's 1st birthday pool party. Kimberly is the best party planner ever BTW... Frank and I were both at the party. There is even a picture of us in the pool. And do you think either one of us remember that? NOPE....

A few years later, Frank moves to Colorado and lives with his sister. Kimberly being the match maker that she is, invited me over for dinner.... I was so happy to see Frank! I always had a crush on him. He got the courage and asked for my phone number while I was still there via Facebook messenger..hahaha. This guy- all shy :) I obviously said yes, and we starting dating right then and there and never have looked back.

He even admitted to me that after he sent the Facebook message he wouldn't be single anymore. He KNEW I would say yes and we would be together forever. I wasn't so sure. :) Frank was the first one to say "I love you" and he said it was an accident that he said it, but he did feel that way.. I laughed and waited a full day before I said it back.

I am so lucky to have met Frank and now we get to be partners in crime for life.
