3:00 PM - The Ceremony Begins!!

It will be held at Pullman Palm Cove. We are hoping to have a beach wedding but due to the Tropical Cyclone we have not yet heard if the Beach will be ready! Don't worry though there will be signs to let you know where the Ceremony will be held.

4:00 PM - Pre-Dinner Drinks and Canapes

Following our Ceremony we will join everyone for pre-dinner drinks! There will be a selection of premier beers and wines for you to enjoy on us!! If beer and wine is not your thing, not too worry you can have cocktails and spirts at your own expense.

5:30 PM - The Reception Begins!

There will be speeches, dancing, food and of course more wine and beer!

Entree:

- Crisp Pork Belly on lemon grass papaya salad, Miso soy gel and fried wontons.

OR

- Chilled prawns with avocado puree, smoked tomato, heirloom cherry tomatoes, balsamic reduction and micro herbs.

Main:

- Crispy Skin Wild Barramundi tamarind ginger glaze, Asian vegetables and Bonito Infused Jasmine rice.

OR

- Grass fed Beef Sirloin on smoky chorizo and potato cake, mushroom ragout and rosemary Jus.

Dessert:

American style Chocolate Brownie. Chocolate soil, raspberry coulis and Vanilla bean ice cream.

Dessert: Vanilla ice-cream served with chocolate topping & a crispy wafer
