Our Story

My Queen (Our Love Story)

Picture of My Queen (Our Love Story)

Our love story began close to 13 years ago on June 2011 during a visitation Sunday at PGSS (Presbyterian Girls Secondary School). I came to visit my cousin when suddenly I turned behind and saw this beautiful specimen of a lady walking down the stairs. She had on her compound wear with the figure of an African goddess. As she walked towards me, I could not stop staring with my mouth wide open. My cousin (Ntube) introduced me to her as her elder brother and I was able to get her name (Heidi Mechane Esong). Ever since that visitation I could not keep her off my mind.
I requested my cousin to put in a good word for me which she did. Later on, we started dating and I had to travel.
While abroad, we were in constant communication with each other but lost touch.
In 2016, we both reconnected here in the US and due to being in different states, we drifted apart. Despite the distance, she was always that Special one meant for me.
Early September 2023, I picked up my phone and expressed to Heidi how I have felt towards here for all these years and shared that for our paths to cross three times is to show we are soulmates and were meant to be together.
In December 2023, I was blessed to meet her daughter (Jaida) my little princess and her family. These gathering ignited my love and desire to spend FOREVER with her and my little princess.
On April 12, 2024, I made it official and asked My Queen (Heidi) to marry me and I told the world that I allowed her to slip away from me in the past and now I would not be letting go. She agreed and made me a happy man by saying "YES".

Life Lesson.
Never allow your pride, ego, people, distance to stop you from following your heart to be with the one your heart beats for.
Genesis 1:27-28
"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them. And God said to them, be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

Mine forever❤️

Picture of Mine forever❤️

I remember always seeing this very cute tall glass of fine wine whenever he came to visit his cousin at my school. Back then I called him "uncle Ngole" not knowing the man had different intentions. I admired how he cared for his sister and I saw him as a big brother as his sister and I were very close. In uppersixth I started getting hints from his sister that, her big brother had interest in me and I became very shy everytime I saw him after then. So, on a set school reopening day, Ngole asked me to be his girlfriend and i said yes with butterflies in my stomach then I resumed school only to hear that Ngole had traveled to America. I was so hurt but we kept talking very often then life happened and we parted ways after abt 4 years. We tried reconnecting again in 2016 but distance and life stood in between yet again. Fast forward to September 2023 Ngole reached out to me and we decided that this was it. April 12th 2024 I walked into a beautiful, very well thought out surprise engagement and the happiness I felt knew no bound as all I could do was scream. I am happy that Ngole is mine. Our good Lord who kept pulling us together will keep this Love candle burning forever. Je t'adore mon armour.
