You all have played a special part in our relationship, as family and lifelong friends. We met in the summer of 2016 working at Hosteling International's location in Fort Mason, a place really special to us today. Of course, you all know that we were long-distance for the better part of four years, so many plane, train, and bus trips between San Francisco and Vancouver were made.

We spent summers in San Francisco together, enjoying good coffee and beers, time with family and friends, and all of the beauty that the Bay Area has to offer. Jackson would visit Vancouver, where we would explore favorite foodie places, great breweries, and soak up the mountains. For years when we were apart, we always talked about "our dream" - which was, to live in the same city, have a place together, and have a dog. Well, here we are in San Francisco, together, living in an apartment in Noe Valley, and celebrating our dog, Moose.

Right after we celebrated our sixth anniversary, we got engaged in Maui on the Road to Hana! With a lot to celebrate over the past few years - new jobs, new home, new pet, and now an engagement - it's high time we get everyone together, family and friends, for a celebration like no other.

We cannot wait to see you all! Bring your dancing shoes, your sense of adventure, and a few beers for the fun celebration ahead.
