To confirm a reservation, a first night's deposit (check or valid major credit card) is required. - Gulf Front View with Balcony:$369.00, per suite, per night, based on availability

- Tropical View Villa with Balcony: $429.00, per suite, per night, based on availability

- Gulf Front View Villa with Balcony: $509.00, per suite, per night, based on availability

- The room rates above INCLUDES a $55.00 Resort Fee. On the individual folio or group master folio it will be broken down and will show the net rate and the resort fee separated out (Ex: $254.00 room rate and $55.00

resort fee = $309.00)

- Rate quoted are subject to state and local taxes (currently 13%).

- Rooms are based on single or double occupancy, per night. Children under 18 are complimentary when sharing a room. Each additional person 18 years of age and older will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 per room, per night.
