What is the Armenian Orthodox Church?

Part of this beautiful day is a traditional Coptic ceremony at the Armenian Orthodox Church. Armenian Orthodox is a branch of Christianity closely associated with Catholicism. The mother of the bride is Coptic Orthodox and the father of the bride is Armenian Orthodox. On this day, there will be a blend of both churches traditions from Apostles Thaddaeus and Bartholomew (Armenian Church) and Apostle Mark.

What is the proper attire?

The couple requests for guests to wear business attire such as suits and cocktail dresses. Please dress appropriate for the elegance of the event.

What food will be served?

There will be several entrees to choose from, including chicken and beef. There also will be a number of tasteful appetizers and desserts. Please be assured that the couple is mindful of allergies and/or dietary restrictions. If you have a specific concern, please contact the couple directly.

Are "plus ones" allowed?

Yes, however they must be accounted for at the time of RSVP!

Are children allowed?

Yes, however please be mindful of their behavior. Once again, please ensure they are accounted for when you RSVP.

Will there be alcohol?

There will be a cocktail hour for guests and wine/champagne provided during the reception dinner. Due to venue restrictions, please do not bring your own alcohol on premise.
