*We recommend that you arrive to Punta Cana before 01/24/2025. This will allow you to attend the rehearsal dinner!

*Go through the list of Bahia hotels and see what restaurants are included in the all inclusive package that are of interest to you. Aaron and I will be staying at the Luxury Ambar, and highly recommend it from our experience in April! All of the locations look great and you are welcome to stay at the Ambar or any of the other locations that work for you. There are golf carts to transport you from one resort to another as well.

*You are also welcome to book at any of the other resorts in Punta Cana. Please let us know if you go this route so that we can obtain a day pass for you to attend the rehearsal dinner and wedding.

*When you select the hotel you would like we recommend comparing the Bahia website price to www.jetbluevacations.com. Jet Blue vacation packages include airfare, and sometimes free transportation from the airport to hotel and back depending on when you book. Also, if you book departing Boston there are usually direct flights available.

*Once you have your trip booked, please let us know the dates and hotel you selected. This way we can provide our coordinator with a list of your check-in date. Let us know if you have any special requests like two beds/King bed, handicap, vegetarian/vegan, food allergies, etc. we can also provide that to the coordinator for accommodations.

*Please also let us know if you are bringing a guest, this way we can add them to the group guest list and overall count.
