Self-parking is available for all guests complimentary. Guest will need to have their tickets validated. Overnight valet parking is available with unlimited entry for $45 per night.

As long as weather is on our side ceremony will be outside, cocktail hour will be spread through inside and out, while dinner and dancing will be inside.

We will have a room block at our location, Newport Harbor Island Resort. We will also be having a room block at the Holiday Inn Express in Middletown RI.

Beach Semi Fromal Attire. The ceremony will be on the waterfront and we want you to be comfortable. We suggest that men wear lightweight pants with a button-down shirt or polo. Jackets and ties are not required. Women can wear sundresses, semi formal dresses, or dressy separates. Shorts are NOT ALLOWED. Our wedding party is in shades of purple so please choose an alternative color. There are examples on the photo page.

We love children, but due to budget restrictions, and the vision we have planned we cannot accommodate children unless they are in our wedding party on our wedding day.

Yes. Please be sure to include their name on the RSVP so we can make them feel included.

We will be sending out tradition invites with RSVPs that can be mailed back as well as a link to RSVP. Both are acceptable to us. We would like all responses by April 25th 2025.

We are asking guest to arrive for 430pm. Ceremony will begin at 500pm.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree, And of course there will be cake.

Yes. While we were looking at venues we made sure to consider dietary restrictions. As many of you may know Helena has her own restrictions.

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We have an amazing photographer capturing our special moment. We will allow a chance for photos before we begin ceremony. During cocktail hour and reception you may take as many photos as you please. We do ask that photos of us are not posted until we have the chance to post first.
