Our venue's address is 2239 Deer Run Road, Mountain City, TN 37683. You can use this link to view the location in Google Maps. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you where to park. Parking is free. There will be golf carts chauffeuring guests from the parking lot up to the wedding venue. The venue is wheelchair accessible. For guests who need accommodations please notify the Bride.

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the deck, while cocktail hour and the reception will occur in the barn. Guests will be walking on a deck and in some grassy areas. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. It is recommended to bring a jacket, after sunset it can get chilly.

We are recommending guests stay at the Hampton Inn Abingdon at 510 Cummings Street, Abingdon, Virginia, 24210, USA. More information to come on a floor block at this hotel. However, there are many mountain AirBNBs and cabins available for booking if guests do not want to stay at the recommended hotel. The Hotel is about a 35-minute drive from the venue. Is is recommended guests carpool or rent a vehicle if flying in. See the "Things to Do" tab on the website for recommended activities in the area.

Tri-Cities Airport is the closest airport, https://flytri.com/ Be sure not to confuse this airport with the Tri-Citites airport that goes out of Washington State. The wedding venue is about an hour's drive from the airport. It is recommended that guests get a rental car or plan to carpool with other guests in attendance.

We cannot wait to be with you on our special day! The wedding dress code is formal attire, which means we suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear an evening gown or a cocktail dress. Our wedding theme is "Earthy Elegance".

Spring in Tennessee is warm during the day and cool/cold at night, so we recommend a wrap or jacket to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony. We will provide heaters to keep guests comfortable.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to have a small and intimate wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.

We plan on having entree choices that accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. If you have dietary restrictions please let us know in the RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
