Asoebi is a style of uniform dressing from Nigeria that represents cooperation, camaraderie, and solidarity during ceremonies such as weddings. We've chosen to incorporate that into our wedding and thus picked blue. If you're able to join us and wear a shade of blue, we'd love that, although it certainly isn't mandatory.
