Kurt and I met in November 2019, at college in Lincoln Nebraska. Although the timing wasn't right we talked on and off until we graduated and went on our own paths. I moved to Kansas City to start my career, and Kurt moved to Omaha for his. Kurt being the opportunist he is waited until then to ask me to be his girlfriend. We officially started dating in March of 2022, shortly after I moved to Omaha to grow our relationship.

In November of 2023, we got our first child, Willow. Despite what Kurt may have anticipated she has brought us a lot of joy. Willow has a big heart and loves everyone she meets. We love to take her to the dog park and possibly spoil her more than she needs. If you're lucky you may catch a peek of her taking pictures with us on our big day.

We love to travel together and have had many adventures together. The first trip we took as a couple was to Milwaukee for March Madness. There is debate as to whose fault this was, but only one of us made it on the plane that day. We have traveled to Nashville, Moab, Kansas City, Alaska, and Colorado several times to go hiking. Our most memorable vacation of all, despite all the bumps we had along the way, was our vacation to Europe. In April of 2024, we went to Amsterdam, Germany to watch a soccer game, and Switzerland. The trip was primarily planned around my wish to see the tulip fields in Amsterdam, and Kurt made that happen plus one. After a windy, cold, and rainy bike ride we made it to a quiet tulip field. This was when Kurt asked me to marry him, making it the most memorable and special vacation of all. Kurt could not have planned a more perfect proposal and thanks to him we have it captured in photos to look back on for many years to come.

Although this wedding has been a lot of work to plan, we are so excited to see everyone we love on our wedding day. We hope to see you all there to help us celebrate this big milestone in our relationship and surround us with the love that brought us here today!
