It all began in the summer of 2020 when fate brought us together. After a few months of getting to know one another, on October 19, 2020, Aaron asked me to be his girlfriend—a simple question that changed our lives forever.

Our journey has seen moments of joy, growth, and even bittersweet memories. In April of 2024, we experienced the heartbreaking loss of my dad. Before he passed, he had a touching conversation with Aaron. He expressed that he knew he wouldn’t be here when the time came, yet he gave Aaron his heartfelt blessing. He said he could see it in my eyes that I was truly happy, and no matter what, he promised to be with us on our wedding day. His words continue to guide and comfort us as we move forward in life.

Then, on November 2, 2024, in a moment that perfectly encapsulated our perfectly imperfect journey, I found myself in the kitchen—mid-cleaning and in a bit of a hot mess—when Aaron, with Jay (his best man) joining on video chat, got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. It was a spontaneous, heartfelt proposal that captured the essence of our love and the beautiful chaos that comes with it.

Together, we have built a strong, Christ-centered relationship. Every challenge and every celebration has taught us more about love, resilience, and the promise of a shared future.
