If you are traveling from out of town, stop by Toomer's and get a lemonade! This is an Auburn staple.
This is the coolest new addition to Auburn! You can go on the rooftop at The Laurel to watch the sunset and have a perfect view of Samford Hall. They also have food and drinks if you are interested.
This is new addition to Opelika. Tigertown Sports & Bar is located only 15 minutes from our wedding venue. Here, you can play miniature golf, use the sports simulator, play beach volleyball and other yard games. This place also serves drinks along with pizza and wings.
If you are coming for the weekend and need something to do for a while, stop at Chewacla State Park. If you stay straight after entering the gate until you cannot go any further, you will end up at the beautiful waterfall.
Rock N' Roll Pinball is a cool adult place to visit. You can play pinball, and then you must visit the "Jailhouse" located in the back.
Botanic is an awesome place to eat! You can go for brunch, lunch, or dinner. Botanic also has a green house where you can purchase flowers, an outdoor patio, a garden, a farmers' market, and so much more. Stacy Brown, who founded Chicken Salad Chick, created this local restaurant.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Opelika and not far at all from the wedding venue.
This is one of Daniel and I's favorite places to eat. This is located in Tigertown which is also very close to our wedding venue.
This is by far my favorite local restaurant. You will need to make a reservation if you are planning to go but I promise you that you will not be disappointed! It is located in a smaller town near Auburn, about a 30-minute drive.
