While we love your children very much, this is an adults only event. Please have them celebrate from afar with someone you love and trust.

Yes, there is plenty of parking onsite. If you choose to leave your vehicle overnight, it must be removed from the venue by 9:00am the following day.

The nearest hotels are in the South end of Barrie. We have secured a block of hotel rooms at two different hotels. Please see the "Accommodations" page for booking instructions.

Yes! If you are staying at either hotel where we have secured a block of rooms, we will have a bus pick you up from the hotel and bring you directly to the venue for the ceremony. At night, there will be two times where you can choose to depart and the bus will take you back to your accommodations. Please see the "Transportation" page for more details.

As you know, we love to cook and try different things. We couldn't commit to a traditional sit down dinner so we have Food Dudes coming in to prepare various gourmet food stations where everyone can try a bit of everything while mingling with each other throughout the dinner hours.

We ask that everyone please refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We have amazing photographers and videographers to capture the moments for us, so please be present during the ceremony. Once the ceremony is over and cocktail hour begins, take as many photos as your heart desires and please share them with us afterwards!
