There's something for everyone in LA, whether you're looking for more laid back, beach vibes or you want to hit the city. Here are some of our favorite activities in LA.

1. Take a surf lesson in Malibu with Always Summer Surf School

2. Go on a studio tour - My favorite is the Sony Studio in Culver City

3. Grab a vinyl at Amoeba Records, and check out the Hollywood sign while out there!

4. Take a hike - My favorite is Musch Trail to Eagle Rock in Topanga State Park with sweeping views of the pacific ocean all the way to downtown LA.

1. Hit the beach - Check out El Matador in Malibu for beautiful bluffs, rock formations & the perfect sunset. For a relaxed beach day, head to Topanga State Beach or Zuma Beach.

2. Go downtown to visit The Last Bookstore, a huge 2 floor bookstore you can get lost in for hours and then grab a bite to eat at Grand Central Market!

3. Have a spa day - My favorite is Den Mother in Venice

4. Take a hike - My favorite is the Ferndell Trail to Griffith Observatory which takes you through Griffith Park with views of the Hollywood Sign and the LA skyline.

1. Grab some street tacos & burritos - They're all over the city and you can't go wrong. Every single stall is delicious!

2. The Getty - Two different museum locations with two different vibes, but both have beautiful art and gardens and we love going to both!

3. See a Comedy Show - We love the Hollywood Improv but also love Largo for celebrity sightings.

4. Take a hike - Our favorite is Rivas Canyon in the Pacific Palisades with ocean views that lead into a desert landscape which then turns into a creekside oasis.

2. Solvang & Santa Ynez Wine Country - 1 hour 50 mins

3. Newport Beach - 1 hour 30 mins

4. Catalina Island - 1 hour ferry from Long Beach or Newport Beach

5. Disneyland - 1 hour 20 mins

Please take note of weather if booking travel before or after our wedding for certain places in California. Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Spring and Death Valley National Park will be too hot to visit.
