Q + A

What is Dressy Casual?

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Hawaii, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates (i.e. blouse and skirt) and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn by the bay. Men: light dress shirt (i.e. button down or polo) with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional.

Parking Situation?

There is very limited parking so we highly encourage car pooling. If possible, please leave closer parking stalls for our kupuna.

CAN I BRING A DATE AND/OR MY CHILD?

Each invitation included a preset headcount that we have given each family/individual. Please respect our wishes and only RSVP within that provided headcount. As for the children, we welcome them with open arms.

Drinking?

We are only allowed to drink inside the reception area. Please no drinking in the parking lot. There will be security guards roaming around and they will kick you out if necessary.

Open bar?

Yes, but please drink responsibly. It will only be while supplies last. We want to make sure everyone get's home safely and you are NOT allowed to leave your car at the venue. All cars and guests need to be off the property before 10pm.

Smoking?

There will be a designated smoking area posted and shown when at the venue. Smoking outside of that permitted area will be grounds for security to kick you out.

Our venue is at a state park. Please kokua and help us keep this place clean. Thank you!
